All suites are now complete.  Only the ground floor 2 bedroom + den suite left to rent.  It has loads of room at 1000 square feet and 2 parking stalls.  The floor in the main bedroom is new as are the front loading, stacking washer and dryer.  The  fridge and smooth top range are also quite in new and in great condition.  There are two entrances to this suite in the front and back which both lead to covered walk ways and in the back a covered patio and treed yard, along with access to parking.

Commencing work on the 2 bedroom suite.  The 3 bedroom is almost complete and we have found wonderful tenants for it, as well as for 606A, which is also complete. The only suite available for rent is the 2 bedroom + den and we are presently getting it ready.  If needed it can also be furnished.  Spring is coming and this suite has great access to a covered patio and back yard.  Stay posted for any new pictures.

I am currently updating 606A 12 street, the one bedroom apartment/suite.  I am almost finished painting the entire unit and am adding new light fixtures and curtains.  New pictures will be available soon.  As this is a new building for us we are excited to here what possible tenants think.  I am moving down to the middle apartment next, which is the 3 bedroom and starting to paint.  The pink is to some people taste but not to the majority.  We are also hoping to change out many of the dated fixtures.  So keep an eye for the new improvements.

606A, the one bedroom apartment, is complete.  All new paint and light fixtures, completely cleaned and all the carpets have been steam cleaned.  New photos have been posted.  Next I'm moving down to the 3 bedroom to start painting in there.
